La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender, actualizar o interrumpir total o parcialmente cualquier aspecto, funcionalidad o servicio, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, por razones técnicas, legales, de seguridad o comerciales. En caso de suspensión prolongada o definitiva, se notificará a los usuarios afectados con la mayor antelación posible.

• By Business AI no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes que surjan del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio, salvo en los casos expresamente previstos por la ley.
• El Usuario acepta que, aunque aplicamos altos estándares de seguridad y protección, no podemos garantizar la ausencia total de riesgos en internet ni la completa continuidad del servicio en caso de incidencias técnicas, ataques informáticos, caso fortuito o fuerza mayor.
